Understanding the platform helps you ask useful questions about moving your car. A hydraulic platform moves to assist loading; dimensions and operation vary with the transport vehicle.
What should you discuss?
Share weight, dimensions, ground clearance, wheel condition and manufacturer instructions. Ask whether the loading and securing approach suits your particular vehicle rather than rely on a flatbed label alone.
Prepare the location details
Mention entry width, parking height, available space and obstructions. Photos explain details that a street address cannot convey.
